Mouthy Flirtation

FireCracker Shrimp - Rice Paper 7th Street off of McDowell, Phoenix, AZ

This was an evening of pure joy...I'd just done some great works, made a great business connection and met up with one of my favorite people in the whole-wide world. 

It was firmly suggested that we eat at Rice Paper, and because I'm mostly down for whatever, I was like, "cool". 

This quaint lil Vietnamese restaurant was perfectly decorated as it was surely not overdone. The first thing on the menu, snagged my eye and I ordered it. 

The Firecracker Shrimp (pictured above) banged upon the scene, leaving me weakened. It stepped into my mouth with authority and familiarity. The flavor was unlike any other, I've ever encountered. It was a first for me...the girth of the shrimp, kept my mouth full and certainly pleased. It had a lil kick to it, just when you got too comfortable with it's sweet side. 

It's creamy, fiery and most certainly well-versed in knowing how to please it's audience. I'm grateful to have encountered this masterpiece and am now a tawdry, groupie of this goodie. This is official #foodporn
