Did that really just happen?

Lately, I've eaten at some pretty fine enough establishments and have dined sufficiently. However, nothing has moved me to write any reviews...nothing has blown my skirt up so to speak. 

Well, none of what was prepared outside of my home nor the home of friends/loved ones. For over a week we have dined like Kings and Queens and it has been some tear-jerker experiences shared between us. It's been just that good. 

The other night after killing a (several) bottle(s) of Red wine, I told my friend I was hungry as the acidity of the wine felt as if, it were eating a hole through the lining of my stomach. It must have been 1:00am at least. She perked right up and began to rock and rattle some pots in the kitchen while I eagerly and frantically watched her, methodically and almost child-like.
